RESEP MASAKAN

mie kuah daging sapi/beef noodle


bahan/igredient:

daging sapi 1kg/beef meet 1kg
mie basah 1/2 kg/ fres noodle 1/2 kg
lobak putih 1/2 kg/radish1/2kg
wortel1/2 kg/carrot1/2 kg
bawang bombai 2 biji/big onion 
sayur sawi 1 ikat/mustard greens 1 bunch

bumbu/seasoning:

bawang putih /garlic 
minyak goreng/cooking oil 4 table spoon
daun bawang/spring onion
kecap manis /dark soya sauce
kecap asin/light sauce
kayu manis/cinamon
garam /salt
gula/sugar
air/water

cara memasak/how to cook:

cuci daging sapi masukan dalam air mendidih selama 10 menit lalu angkat dan tiriskan tumis bumbu lalu masukan daging sapi selama 45 menit lalu masukan lobak putih dan wortel dan bawang bombai masak selama 1 jam .lalu didihkan air masukan mie dan sayur masak samapi matang  sajikan dalam mangkok tambahkan kuah dan daging sapi yang sudah di iris dan sajikan Washing input beef in boiling water for 10 minutes then remove and drain saute beef seasoning and input for 45 minutes and then enter the white radish and carrots and onions and cook for 1 hour. then boil water inputs noodles and cook till vegetables cooked serve in a bowl add sauce and the beef that has been in slices and serve
